"Clean Slate": Comic legend George Wallace and Orange Is the New Black's Laverne Cox Star in the Late Norman Lear’s Heartfelt Comedy Series About Family, Identity, and Reconciliation — Streaming Feb. 6 on Prime Video
Legendary stand-up comedian George Wallace joins four-time Emmy-nominated actress Laverne Cox, of Orange Is the New Black fame, in this heartfelt comedy series for Prime Video. The Amazon original follows an old-school car wash owner (Wallace) in Alabama who loses contact with his son for nearly two decades. When his child unexpectedly returns, he’s stunned to discover that his son is now a proud trans woman named Desiree (Cox). As they work to heal their fractured relationship, Desiree embarks on the journey of reinventing her life in her hometown. Television icon Norman Lear (All in the Family, Good Times) developed and produced the series, marking one of his final projects before his passing in December 2023 at age 101.
Clean Slate will debut all eight episodes on Thursday, February 6th, streaming exclusively on Prime Video.
"Win or Lose": Pixar’s First Original Series Follows a Softball Championship Through Eight Unique Perspectives — Streaming February 19 on Disney+
While Pixar is mostly known for their summer-slated animated blockbusters, the studio is venturing into television with their first original series set to debut next month on Disney+. Win or Lose centers around a kids' softball championship game, following eight different characters as they each prepare for the big day. The animated series aims to immerse viewers in the experiences of each character—ranging from insecure kids and their overbearing parents to a lovesick umpire. Comedian Will Forte leads the voice cast as Coach Dan. Other voices include Jo Firestone, Kyliegh Curran, Ian Chen, Izaac Wang, and Milan Elizabeth Ray, among others.
Executive produced by Pixar chief creative officer Pete Docter (Up, Inside Out) and written and directed by Carrie Hobson and Michael Yates, Win or Lose is set to premiere on Wednesday, February 19th, exclusively on Disney+.

Based on Lauren Kate's best-selling book series, Fallen is a new AMC and Sundance series starring Jessica Alexander (The Little Mermaid) as Lucinda "Luce" Price, a young woman sent to a mysterious reform school called Sword & Cross after being involved in a tragic accident she can’t quite remember. At this remote facility for troubled youth, Luce becomes entangled in a world of supernatural events and discovers she is linked to a centuries-old love story involving fallen angels and an epic battle between good and evil. The cast includes Timothy Innes (The Last Kingdom), Gijs Blom (The Letter for the King), along with Alexander Siddig (Gotham) and Sarah Niles (Ted Lasso) as staff members of Sword & Cross.
From the producers of The Handmaid’s Tale, The Originals, and Shadowhunters, Fallen is set to debut Thursday, February 6th, on AMC+ and Sundance Now.
