Here's a cautionary tale about the dangers of social media and retrieving lost iPhones. Check out the trailer for "Recovery," an indie horror thriller about a high school teen who suddenly goes missing on the night of her graduation. While using the "Find My iPhone" App, her friends go to a strange house to locate her, only to discover that she's been taken by a dangerous social media predator.

Directed by first-time feature filmmaker Darrell Wheat, "Recovery" stars Kirby Bliss Blanton (Project X), Rachel DiPillo (TV's Chicago Med), Samuel Larsen (TV's Glee), Alex Shaffer (Win Win), and James Landry Hebert (HBO's Westworld).

The film will be released in theaters and on VOD October 28.

synopsis:
The night before their high school graduation, Jessie and her friends are guided by a 'Find My iPhone' app to recover her lost device from a house whose demented tenants are hell bent on making her a flesh and blood member of the family.
