Marvel and Netflix's final "Defender" maybe their best warrior yet, that's what the new "Iron Fist" trailer seems to boast about the latest superhero to join Netflix's highly-successful Marvel Universe. Check out the new preview that just debuted this weekend at the New York Comic-Con.
The new action series stars "Game of Thrones" actor Finn Jones as Daniel Rand, a young New York heir who miraculously survives a plane crash and is taken in by a pair of Buddhists monks. During his stay, Daniel dedicates his life to becoming a martial arts expert with the ability to call upon the power of the Iron Fist.
Based on the Marvel comic book character created by Roy Thomas and Gil Kane, and developed into a 13-episode action series from Showtime's "Dexter" creator Scott Buck, "The Iron Fist" is now scheduled to premiere March 17, 2017, only on Netflix.
