YouTube comedienne Colleen Ballinger will be making her Netflix debut this month with her quirky, Napoleon Dynamite-esque comedy series, which charts the origins of her childlike alter-ego, Miranda Sings.

Check out the trailer for Ballinger's scripted series "Haters Back Off," which is also starring Steve Little (Eastbound & Down) and Angela Kinsey (The Office) as Miranda's oddball uncle and eccentric mother, who are both guilty of enabling Miranda's bizarre antics and her unrelenting ambition for internet fame, even though she doesn't have any discernible talents or skills.

The Netflix series was developed by Ballinger along with her brother Christopher Ballinger and is executive produced by Gigi McCreery and Perry Rein, the Emmy-winning producers of Nickelodeon's "Wizards of Waverly Place."

"Haters Back Off" debuts Friday, October 14.

synopsis:
Based on the character created by Colleen Ballinger, Haters Back Off delves into the oddball family life of Miranda Sings. The series stars Colleen Ballinger as Miranda Sings, Steve Little (Eastbound & Down) as Miranda's overly confident and utterly misguided Uncle Jim, Angela Kinsey (The Office) as Miranda's mom, Bethany, and Erik Stocklin, as Miranda's neighbor and best friend, Patrick.
