Naomi Watts is a stressed-out child psychologist who is haunted by terrible nightmares in the trailer for "Shut In," a new psychological thriller that also stars "Stranger Things" actor Charlie Heaton and "Room" breakout star Jacob Tremblay.

Directed by British TV helmer Farren Blackburn (Doctor Who, Luther, and Netflix's Daredevil), the film sees Watts as Dr. Mary Portman, a clinical psychologist who specializes in children's mental health. She is also the widowed mother of a wheelchair-bound and severely incapacitated teenage boy (Heaton).

When chosen to examine the mental status of a troubled young orphan (Tremblay), Mary is shocked to learn that the boy has suddenly disappeared while under her care. After the boy is presumed to have walked off into the woods and died from the freezing temperatures of New England's harsh winter, Mary becomes racked with incredible guilt. She is soon haunted by visions of a ghostly image. But is the boy really back from the dead? Or is Mary having a nervous breakdown?

Co-starring Oliver Platt, "Shut In" will be arriving in theaters November 11.
