A new season of the cult web series "High Maintenance" will be coming to HBO next month, and the network has just released a full-length trailer.
Created by Ben Sinclair and Katja Blichfeld, the offbeat comedy follows an easy-going, Brooklyn weed dealer (played by Sinclair), who rides around the city on his bicycle, hand-delivering pot to his customers at all hours of the day.
HBO is also planning to release the show's previous two seasons on their streaming and on-demand services, via HBO Now and HBO Go.
"High Maintenance" is set to premiere Friday, September 16.
synopsis:
Created and written by the married duo, Katja Blichfeld and Ben Sinclair, High Maintenance follows a Brooklyn pot dealer as he delivers to clients with neuroses as diverse as the city. Ben Sinclair stars as "The Guy," an everyman pot dealer who makes cameo appearances in the lives of various New Yorker City residents, providing them with weed and getting a glimpse at their daily routines and how they light things up.
