The acclaimed British series "Fleabag" will make its US debut next month, courtesy of Amazon's streaming video service.
Created by and starring English actress-writer Phoebe Waller-Bridge, and based on her award-winning one-woman play, "Fleabag" is a six-episode, half-hour series that explores the difficulties of dating in London, as told through the perspective of an independent and forward thinking woman (played by Waller-Bridge), who tends to narrate her situations by breaking the fourth wall -- in a Ferris Bueller kind of way.
"Fleabag" also stars Olivia Colman, Ben Aldridge, Hugh Skinner, and Brett Gelman.
The series will start streaming on Amazon beginning Friday, September 16.
