Check out the latest eye-melting trailer for "Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV," the upcoming CG-animated, video-game movie that will be going into theaters next month.

Featuring the voices of "Breaking Bad" Emmy-winner Aaron Paul and "Game of Thrones" stars Lena Headey and Sean Bean, the science-fiction fantasy actioner was produced by Japanese game developer 'Square Enix,' who created an entirely new futuristic/quasi-medieval universe inhabited by photo-realistic animated characters.

The movie concerns a young hero warrior (Paul) who is caught in an escalating war between two kingdoms: one protected by a sacred crystal and the other comprised of powerful machines.

"Kingsglaive" is getting a limited U.S. theatrical release on August 19th. It will also be made available on Blu-Ray and DVD on October 4th (a week after the new Final Fantasy video game hits stores).

synopsis:
The magical kingdom of Lucis is home to the world's last remaining Crystal, and the menacing empire of Niflheim is determined to steal it. King Regis (voiced by Sean Bean) of Lucis commands an elite force of soldiers called the Kingsglaive. Wielding their king's magic, they fight to protect Lucis. As the overwhelming military might of the empire bears down, King Regis is faced with an impossible ultimatum -- to marry his son, Prince Noctis (voiced by Aaron Paul) to Princess Lunafreya (voiced by Lena Headey) of Tenebrae, captive of Niflheim, and surrender his lands to Niflheim rule. Although the king concedes, it becomes clear that the empire will stop at nothing to achieve their devious goals, with only the Kingsglaive standing between them and world domination.
