Desperate times call for desperate measures. And in the latest trailer for the bank-robbery thriller "Hell or High Water," Chris Pine doesn't want his boys to suffer through the "disease" of poverty ... "not anymore."

Pine stars alongside Ben Foster as two rough-and-tumble brothers who are facing foreclosure on their family home in Texas. When backed into a corner, the close-knit brothers are left with no other option than to pull off a string of bank robberies across the state. Their crimes catch the attention of a seasoned West Texas Ranger (played by Oscar-winner Jeff Bridges), who not only has to deal with the strain of catching the elusive thieves, but also a financially struggling community with a growing resentment towards corporate banks.

From Taylor Sheridan, the critically acclaimed writer of "Sicario," and British director David Mackenzie (Starred Up, Young Adam), "Hell or High Water" premiered to strong reviews at this year's Cannes Film Festival. It will be coming to select theaters on August 12, before expanding nationwide August 19.
