From the folks who brought you "Catfish" and "Paranormal Activity" 3 and 4, comes a new horror movie that will likely strike fear in the hearts of every germaphobe on the planet.

Check out the debut trailer for "Viral," a new contagion thriller that shows what happens when a deadly parasitic virus starts to spread rapidly from human to human, including a couple of knuckle-headed teenagers who thought it was a good idea to throw a house party in the middle of a citywide quarantine. You, damn idiots!

Directed by Henry Joost and Ariel Schulman, the film stars Analeigh Tipton (Warm Bodies), Sofia Black-D'Elia (Project Almanac), Travis Tope (Independence Day: Resurgence), and Michael Kelly (House of Cards).

"Viral" will be released in select theaters and on Digital HD on July 29th. It will then quickly be made available on DVD and On-Demand on August 2nd.

synopsis:
Teenaged sisters Emma (Sofia Black-D'Elia) and Stacey (Analeigh Tipton) live a normal life, until their small suburban neighborhood is stricken with a mysterious parasitic virus.
