Move over Professor X -- there's a new super-powered teacher in town. And she is also running a boarding school for gifted youngsters; or rather, a "home for peculiar children."

Check out a new full-length trailer for the upcoming fantasy adventure movie from director Tim Burton, based on author Ransom Riggs' best-selling novel "Miss Peregrine's Home For Peculiar Children."

Starring Eva Green and Asa Butterfield, the film follows a 16-year-old American boy, named Jake (Butterfield), as he tries to get in touch with his British heritage by traveling to his grandfather's childhood home in Wales. Little does he know that his grandfather was actually raised in a hidden orphanage for special children with peculiar powers. And Jake also discovers that he's next in line to take over the duties of Miss Peregrine (Green), the orphanage's head administrator and guardian.

Also starring a white-haired and sharp-toothed Samuel L. Jackson as an evil ancient hunter, "Miss Peregrine" will be coming to theaters on September 30th.

synopsis:
