Litchfield Penitentiary is getting some "new blood" and some "new rules." And it seems things have "started to feel unsafe" for inmate Piper Chapman (Taylor Schilling). Check out the new trailer for the upcoming fourth season of Netflix's hit women-in-prison series "Orange Is the New Black," which follows the lives of several female inmates serving time in a minimum-security federal prison in upstate New York.

The award-winning ensemble series -- which also stars Emmy-winner Uzo Aduba, Kate Mulgrew, Danielle Brooks, Dascha Polanco, Samira Wiley, Yael Stone, Taryn Manning, Natasha Lyonne, Lea DeLaria, Brad William Henke, Diane Guerrero, Jackie Cruz, Michael Harney, Lori Petty and more -- will be coming back with new episodes starting June 17th, only on Netflix.
