A cross-country road trip becomes a life-changing adventure in the newly-released trailer for the light-hearted dramedy "Dear Eleanor." Set in 1962, the movie stars Isabelle Fuhrman (Orphan) and Liana Liberato (If I Stay) as two teenage best friends who have decided to sneak away and take an impromptu journey to meet their idol: former First Lady Eleanor Roosevelt. Along the way, they bump into a number of colorful characters, including a burlesque dancer, an escaped convict, and a hunky farm-boy.

Directed by "Entourage" actor Kevin Connolly from a script written by Cecilia Contreras and actress Amy Garcia, "Dear Eleanor" features a solid supporting cast that includes Luke Wilson, Jessica Alba, Josh Lucas, Ione Skye, Joel Courtney, and Patrick Schwarzenegger.

"Dear Eleanor" will be available on DVD and Digital beginning July 5th.

synopsis:
Best friends Max (Isabelle Fuhrman) and Ellie (Liana Liberato) decide to leave their rural hometown on an adventurous, cross-country road trip to meet former First Lady Eleanor Roosevelt. Sneaking away in a bright blue convertible belonging to Ellie's dad (Luke Wilson), they set out with the wind in their hair and the radio turned up. While trying to stay a step ahead of Ellie’s father and the police, the girls cross paths with an eclectic mix of people which truly make this an entertaining, once-in-a-lifetime experience.
