With only 10 days until the release of this year's superhero juggernaut "Captain America: Civil War," comes a slew of new TV spots, promoting the big event. Check them out above.
Included in the bunch is the latest 30-second commercial which is filled with positive quotes by critics who were impressed by the comic book film. The spot also features new footage of everyone's favorite web-slinger swinging into action, knocking out The Falcon, and stopping a punch from the Winter Soldier's "Awesome!" metal arm.
Directed by Anthony and Joe Russo (Captain America: The Winter Soldier), "Civil War" stars Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr., Scarlett Johansson, Anthony Mackie, Elizabeth Olsen, Paul Bettany, Don Cheadle, Jeremy Renner, Paul Rudd, Chadwick Boseman, Emily VanCamp and Tom Holland. The film will be swinging its way into theaters on May 6th.
synopsis:
"Captain America: Civil War" picks up where "Avengers: Age of Ultron" left off, as Steve Rogers leads the new team of Avengers in their continued efforts to safeguard humanity. After another international incident involving the Avengers results in collateral damage, political pressure mounts to install a system of accountability and a governing body to determine when to enlist the services of the team. The new status quo fractures the Avengers while they try to protect the world from a new and nefarious villain.
