At the end of last season, practically every "Game of Thrones" fans were asking, is Jon Snow dead or alive? But maybe the more relevant question is, who will be left standing when this new season ends? And which side will they be on -- the living or the dead? 'Cause make no mistake, as Davos Seaworth (Liam Cunningham) affirms in this new "Season 6" preview, "the dead are coming!" And sure enough, they're coming on horseback.

Just ahead of its premiere on Sunday, April 24, HBO dropped this final trailer for "Game of Thrones: Season 6," which promises a very grim future for the people of Westeros. On the bright side of things, Tyrion Lannister (Peter Dinklage) hasn't lost his thirst for knowledge and wine. He is still very much a smug and cunning survivalist. Though it seems, Tyrion will be having a face-to-face encounter with a fire-spewing dragon. Now let's see if he can talk his way out of this one.

synopsis:
Summers span decades. Winters can last a lifetime. And the struggle for the Iron Throne has begun. It will stretch from the south, where heat breeds plots, lust and intrigues; to the vast and savage eastern lands; all the way to the frozen north, where an 800-foot wall of ice protects the kingdom from the dark forces that lie beyond. Kings and queens, knights and renegades, liars, lords and honest men...all will play the 'Game of Thrones.'
