Swiss Army Man — Trailer

You can call it, this generation's "Weekend at Bernie's" -- or maybe you can just call it, a sick and twisted version of "Cast Away," in which a shipwrecked Paul Dano befriends the decomposing (and extremely gassy) corpse of Daniel Radcliffe. Check out the debut trailer for what will likely be the strangest movie of the year, if not the decade, "Swiss Army Man."

The film -- which is about an imaginary friendship between an extremely lonely castaway (Dano) and a nameless dead body (Radcliffe) who surprisingly turns out to be quite handy -- is written and directed by first-time filmmakers Daniel Scheinert and Daniel Kwan, known collectively as "Daniels." Scheinert and Kwan have together directed a few short films and several episodes of the Adult Swim comedies "NTSF:SD:SUV" and "Childrens Hospital."

Also featuring an appearance by "10 Cloverfield Lane" star Mary Elizabeth Winstead, "Swiss Army Man," which premiered this year at Sundance, will be coming to theaters this summer, beginning June 24.

Hank (Paul Dano), a hopeless man stranded in the wild, discovers a mysterious dead body (Daniel Radcliffe). Together the two embark on an epic journey to get home. As Hank realizes the body is the key to his survival, this once-suicidal man is forced to convince a dead body that life is worth living.
