Blake Lively seems to have forgotten a little more than sunscreen in the newly-released teaser trailer for the castaway thriller "The Shallows," which will be making its way into theaters this summer.
In the film, Lively plays Nancy, a young woman who, one morning, goes looking for a little privacy in order to surf some tasty waves when she comes across a killer great white shark that wants Nancy for breakfast. After narrowly escaping the jaws of the predator, Nancy soon finds herself stranded on a small reef just yards away from safety while the determined shark swims around her just waiting for her to jump back in.
"The Shallows" is directed by suspense helmer Jaume Collet-Serra, who previously helmed three Liam Neeson thrillers "Run All Night," "Non-Stop, and "Unknown." The film is currently scheduled to hit theaters on June 29th.
