Later today festival goers at South by Southwest will get a first look at the feature-length making-of documentary for "Star Wars: The Force Awakens," titled “Secrets of ‘The Force Awakens’: A Cinematic Journey” which will also be available for Digital Download starting on April 1st.

Check out a special sneak peek featurette for the doc, which aired on Good Morning America, that includes footage of John Boyega's screen test, Director J.J. Abrams explaining how he came up with the look and name of Gwendoline Christie's character Captain Phasma, and Adam Driver and Harrison Ford on how they prepared to shoot the tense climatic scene that fulfilled the destiny of our favorite smuggler.

"Star Wars: The Force Awakens" will be available for download everywhere on April Fools Day, followed by a Blu-ray Combo Pack hitting stores on Tuesday, April 5th.

A 3D version of "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" will be available later this year.
