Marvel's Daredevil: Season 2 — New Promo: 'Suiting Up'

People often say, "clothes make the man." But does clothes -- or in this case, does the costume suits make the superhero? It's something to think about when watching this new 30-second promo for the much-anticipated second season of Netflix's hit Marvel series "Daredevil," which is all about the suits.

Devoid of actual footage from the upcoming season, the clip rather features close-up shots of vigilante-lawyer Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox) dressed in his new "Daredevil" outfit. Plus, we also see Elektra Natchios (G.I. Joe: Retaliation's Elodie Yung) in her awesome ninja garb, and rogue antihero Frank Castle (The Walking Dead's Jon Bernthal) decked out in his "Punisher" gear. It's definitely a sight to be seen.

Besides introducing these two fan-favorite comic book characters, the new season will concentrate on the reemergence of the Japanese crime syndicate "Yakuza," and the reappearance of the evil ninja organization known as "The Hand," both of which are turning New York City into a war zone. Meanwhile, Murdock is trying to mend his fractured relationship with his best friend/business partner Foggy Nelson (Elden Henson), who is still unsure about supporting the whole "blind vigilante" thang.

Co-starring Deborah Ann Woll, Rosario Dawson, and Scott Glenn, "Marvel's Daredevil: Season 2" will be released on Netflix, beginning Friday, March 18th.

Just when Matt thinks he is bringing order back to the city, new forces are rising in Hell's Kitchen. Now the Man Without Fear must take on a new adversary in Frank Castle and face an old flame -- Elektra Natchios.

Bigger problems emerge when Frank Castle, a man looking for vengeance, is reborn as The Punisher, a man who takes justice into his own hands in Matt's neighborhood. Meanwhile, Matt must balance his duty to his community as a lawyer and his dangerous life as the Devil of Hell's Kitchen, facing a life-altering choice that forces him to truly understand what it means to be a hero.
