As part of their 50-day countdown celebration to the premiere of the 6th Season of "Game of Thrones," HBO has released a new trailer with actual footage from the highly-anticipated new season that will keep fans wondering if Jon Snow's (Kit Harington) watch has truly ended.

Set to the tune of Chris Isaak's classic "Wicked Game" (performed by Irish singer/songwriter James Vincent McMorrow), the new trailer begins with a look at Jon Snow's lifeless body still laying in the snow murdered by his former brothers-in-arms during the Season Finale. Continuing with glimpses of your favorite characters from the George R.R. Martin-created world, where Tyrion Lannister (Peter Dinklage) is quoted "Your in the great game now... and the great game is terrifying."

Returning for the Sixth Season of HBO's epic fantasy series are Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke), Arya Stark (Maisie Williams), Sansa Stark (Sophie Turner), Aidan Gillen (Lord Petyr Baelish), Bran Stark (Isaac Hempstead-Wright), Brienne of Tarth (Gwendoline Christie), Cersei Lannister (Lena Headey), and Jaime Lannister (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau).

HBO is currently running all 50 previous episodes of "Game of Thrones" chronologically every day leading up to the Season 6 premiere, which is scheduled to air on Sunday, April 24th.

synopsis:
Summers span decades. Winters can last a lifetime. And the struggle for the Iron Throne has begun. It will stretch from the south, where heat breeds plots, lust and intrigues; to the vast and savage eastern lands; all the way to the frozen north, where an 800-foot wall of ice protects the kingdom from the dark forces that lie beyond. Kings and queens, knights and renegades, liars, lords and honest men...all will play the 'Game of Thrones.'
