A new vigilante has entered Hell's Kitchen, but unlike Matt Murdock he doesn't play by the rules.
Check out a new full-length trailer for the second season of Netflix's hit superhero series "Daredevil," which features rogue vigilante Frank Castle (aka The Punisher), played by The Walking Dead's Jon Bernthal, who takes justice into his own hands by killing criminals, street thugs, and lowlifes. Which doesn't bode well with blind attorney Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox) who believes that all criminals should be sentenced by a court of law
Returning for the second season are Nelson and Murdock's own Foggy and Karen (Elden Henson and Deborah Ann Woll), as well as Hell Kitchen's favorite Night Nurse Claire Temple (Rosario Dawson). Also making a cameo and tease for the second part of the full trailer is the dangerous female assassin Elektra Natchios (G.I. Joe: Retaliation's Elodie Yung), who Murdoch seems to already know quite well.
The new season of "Daredevil" is set to start streaming on Netflix on March 18th.
synopsis:
Just when Matt thinks he is bringing order back to the city, new forces are rising in Hell's Kitchen. Now the Man Without Fear must take on a new adversary in Frank Castle and face an old flame -- Elektra Natchios.
Bigger problems emerge when Frank Castle, a man looking for vengeance, is reborn as The Punisher, a man who takes justice into his own hands in Matt's neighborhood. Meanwhile, Matt must balance his duty to his community as a lawyer and his dangerous life as the Devil of Hell's Kitchen, facing a life-altering choice that forces him to truly understand what it means to be a hero.
