Following the recent trend of making-of documentaries, "Cleanin' Up the Town: Remembering Ghostbusters" is a new independently-made feature that is exploring one of the most beloved film franchises in cinematic history: The "Ghostbusters" films.

For the past eight years, the brother-and-sister team of Anthony and Claire Bueno have taken on the monumental task of compiling over 70 interviews with original "Ghostbusters" crew and cast members (including Dan Aykroyd, Sigourney Weaver, Ernie Hudson, Annie Potts, director Ivan Reitman, and the late, great Harold Ramis) and rounding up rarely-seen production stills and footage to produce the definitive and in-depth examination of the making of the "Ghostbusters" franchise.

As financial support for the still-in-production documentary has begun to run low, Anthony and Claire have turned their attention to Kickstarter, in hopes of raising enough donations to complete their work for a possible release in the summer.
