Now for something that's completely out of left field, about someone who comes from the right.

Check out the head-scratching trailer for Donald Trump's made-for-TV movie,"The Art of the Deal: The Movie," starring none other than Johnny Depp as the orange-tinged business tycoon.

The movie is actually a 50-minute "Funny or Die" spoof, made in secret and to look like an old, forgotten 1980s TV adaptation of Trump's 1987 best-selling memoir of the same name, in which Trump supposedly wrote, produced, directed, and starred as himself.

Released today online ( you can watch the whole faux movie here at funnyordie.com), "The Art of the Deal," in which Depp spent four days to film his scenes, also features appearances by the likes of Alfred Molina, Jack McBrayer, Kristen Schaal, Henry Winkler, Stephen Merchant, ALF, among others. While Patton Oswalt appears as Merv Griffin and Michaela Watkins is portraying the mogul's former '80s wife, Ivana Trump.

Narrated by director Ron Howard, the comedy was written by former editor of "The Onion" Joe Randazzo and directed by "Drunk History" co-creator Jeremy Konner and produced by Adam McKay (The Big Short) and Will Ferrell.

synopsis:
Donald Trump has it all. Money, power, respect, and an Eastern European bride. But all his success didn't come for nothing. First, he inherited millions of dollars from his rich father, then he grabbed New York City by the balls. Now you can learn the art of negotiation, real estate, and high-quality brass in this illuminating made-for-TV special feature.
