"Brooklyn" star Emory Cohen is a charismatic bad-boy who is thrown into a harsh juvenile detention center in the newly-released trailer for "Stealing Cars," the upcoming indie drama that's executive produced by actor Mark Wahlberg and his producing partner Stephen Levinson (Entourage).

Cohen, who had reportedly made the short list of actors vying to play a young Han Solo in the upcoming "Star Wars" spin-off movie, plays Billy Wyatt, a drug-dealing and car-jacking rebel teen who is sent to a strict juvenile reform camp where he must face strong disciplinary consequences for his crimes. Though Billy is clearly intelligent, he refuses to abide by the rules. And as a result, he is subjected to the excessive force and harsh punishment by correctional officers.

Said to be inspired by "true events," the film also stars John Leguizamo, William H. Macy, Felicity Huffman, Heather Lind, Paul Sparks, Al Calderon, and comedian Mike Epps in a rare dramatic turn.

"Stealing Cars" is directed by Bradley Jay Kaplan and written by Will Aldis & Steve Mackall. It will be made available on DVD and Digital platforms on April 5th.
