A final trailer has been released for "The Witch," last year's Sundance sensation about a 17th-century family of Puritan settlers who, after moving to a secluded area of New England, fall victim to a baby-snatching demon.

Starring Anya Taylor-Joy (BBC's Atlantis), Ralph Ineson (Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows) and Kate Dickie (HBO's Game of Thrones), "The Witch" is the first feature written and directed by rising talent Robert Eggers. Since winning a Directing Award at 2015's Sundance, the Brooklyn-based filmmaker has signed on to write and direct an upcoming remake of the vampire classic "Nosferatu," as well as another film project called "The Knight."

"The Witch" will be arriving in theaters on February 19th.

synopsis:
New England, 1630: William and Katherine lead a devout Christian life, homesteading on the edge of an impassible wilderness, with five children. When their newborn son mysteriously vanishes and their crops fail, the family begins to turn on one another. 'The Witch' is a chilling portrait of a family unraveling within their own fears and anxieties, leaving them prey for an inescapable evil.
