It's Melissa Rauch like you've never seen her before: raunchy, abusive, and a bit of a ball-breaker.

"The Big Bang Theory" star taps into her inner Tonya Harding to play a bad-tempered, former Olympian in the new trailer for the irreverent comedy "The Bronze," which tells the story of small-town hero-turned-zero, Hope Ann Greggory.

Hope (Rauch) is a Bronze-winning gymnast who was forced to retire early in her career after suffering a severe ankle injury. Though Hope still has aspirations of winning a gold medal someday, she reluctantly takes up a coaching job for a new rising talent (Haley Lu Richardson), an athlete with plenty of promise, but lacking in the "mental" department.

Produced by Mark and Jay Duplass, the cast also includes Thomas Middleditch, Gary Cole, Sebastian Stan, and Cecily Strong.

Veteran commercial director Bryan Buckley is making his feature directorial debut with "The Bronze," which was co-written by Melissa Rauch and her husband, Winston Rauch. The film is set to open on March 18th.
