Former "Daily Show" correspondent Wyatt Cenac investigates the alleged claims of an alien abduction in the first trailer for TBS' new comedy series "People of Earth."

Created by David Jenkins and executive produced by Conan O'Brien and Emmy-winning TV writer/producer Greg Daniels (of "The Office" and "Parks and Rec" fame), the new half-hour series tells the story of a journalist named Ozzie Graham (Cenac) who's investigating an alien abduction case, in which victims have started a local support group. Though skeptical at first, Ozzie slowly begins to realize that he, too, may have been a victim of a close encounter and joins the group as their latest member.

The cast of the ten-episode comedy also includes former SNL member Ana Gasteyer (Suburgatory), Luka Jones (Up All Night), Brian Huskey (Childrens Hospital), Nancy Lenehan (Worst Week), Da'Vine Joy Randolph (Selfie), Tracee Chimo (Orange Is the New Black), Alice Wetterlund (Silicon Valley), Daniel Stewart Sherman (Gotham) and Oscar Nunez (The Office).

"People of Earth," in which Daniels is also directing the pilot episode, doesn't have a confirmed air date but is set to premiere sometime in 2016 on the TBS network.
