Vince Vaughn takes his daughter (Hailee Steinfeld) on the run from the mob in the upcoming crime dramedy "Term Life." Check out the official trailer for the film, which also co-stars Bill Paxton, Jonathan Banks, Mike Epps, Terrence Howard, and Jon Favreau.

Criminal mastermind Nick Barrow (Vaughn) sets up bank heists for a living, but when his latest stick-up job ends up in a deadly shootout, the father of one of the would-be robbers turns out to be a ruthless cartel leader (Jordi Molla), who now blames Nick for the death of his son.

Now on the run, Nick takes out an insurance policy on his life, leaving everything to his estranged daughter (Steinfeld). But in order for it to become valid, he must stay alive for another 21 days. With the mob and crooked cops now looking for him, Nick must stay hidden, and, in the meantime, get to know his daughter for the first time.

Directed by Vaughn's long-time pal, Peter Billingsley (Couples Retreat) and written by Andy Lieberman and Nick Thornborrow, based on their 2011 graphic novel of the same name, "Term Life" will be available on VOD starting on March 1st, with a limited theatrical release scheduled for April 8th.

synopsis:
Nick Barrow (VINCE VAUGHN) plans and sells heists to the highest bidder. But when his latest job goes horribly wrong and the son of a major drug cartel leader (WILLIAM LEVY) is assassinated, he finds himself being hunted by the head of the cartel, Viktor Vasquez (JORDI MOLLA). To clear his name, Nick must expose the dirty cops who committed the crime (BILL PAXTON, MIKE EPPS, SHEA WHIGHAM). With both the Cartel and the cops tracking Nick, he does the only thing he can think of to help his estranged daughter, Cate (HAILEE STEINFELD): he takes out a million dollar life insurance policy on himself with her as the beneficiary. But the policy will not take effect for twenty-one days and now his enemies also have their sights on Cate. With the help from his well-connected criminal friend (JONATHAN BANKS), Nick is forced to take Cate on the run to keep them both alive while trying to be a father for the very first time.
