Ha-ha! Oh, my Gawd. That unmistakable laugh can only mean one thing -- Pee-wee Herman is back ... and he's awake!

Netflix has released the very first teaser trailer for the long-awaited Pee-wee Herman movie, "Pee-wee's Big Holiday," which sees Paul Reubens' iconic man-child character returning for an all-new adventure.

The 40-second preview doesn't show much other than Pee-wee waking up in his bedroom and starting off his day in typical Pee-wee fashion. He is seen going through a series of elaborate Rube Goldberg-like contraptions before being tossed off the roof of his house in a pair of skis.

The upcoming Netflix movie, directed by Adult Swim producer and TV comedy helmer John Lee (Wonder Showzen), will revolve around a holiday vacation, in which the bow-tie-wearing misfit explores the true meaning of friendship. Reubens co-wrote the script with comedian/comedy writer Paul Rust (Netflix's Love and Comedy Bang! Bang!).

David Arquette, Alia Shawkat, and Joe Manganiello will also appear in the film, which will premiere at the SXSW Film Festival before its official Netflix release on March 18th.
