The short-lived college football comedy series "Blue Mountain State," which aired for three seasons for the Spike channel, had earned enough of a cult following that when creators Eric Falconer and Chris 'Romanski' Romano launched a 2014 Kickstarter campaign for a possible "BMS" movie, fans of the show donated approximately 1.9 million dollars to make it happen. Well, it seems the feature film version of the cult comedy is now complete as a trailer has just been released online.

Titled "Blue Mountain State: The Rise of Thadland," the film brings back most of the original cast (Alan Ritchson, Darin Brooks, James Cade, Chris Romano, Frankie Shaw, Rob Ramsay, and Ed Marinaro) for another ridiculous college adventure filled with booze, babes, and football.

Now faced with losing their fraternity home, the ill-famed members of Goat House are forced to make a business deal with former BMS University, now signed NFL football star Thad Castle (Ritchson). In exchange for purchasing their fraternity, the boys will have to make Thad's dream project come true: throw the biggest frat party in BMS' history and call it "Thadland."

Directed by Lev Spiro, "Blue Mountain State: The Rise of Thadland" will be released on Digital HD and VOD beginning February 2nd.
