"8 outcasts" have "1 chance to become legends!" Check out a new trailer for "DC's Legends of Tomorrow," a new superhero series that is spinning off from both "Arrow" and "Flash."

Part anti-hero actioner, part time-traveling sci-fi romp, the new CW drama features a unique superhero team made up of eight super-powered misfits: the Atom (Brandon Routh), White Canary (Caity Lotz), Captain Cold (Wentworth Miller), Heatwave (Dominic Purcell), Hawkgirl (Ciara Renee), and Hawkman (Falk Hentschel) and Firestorm, which is a fiery fusion of two separate personalities (played by Victor Garber and Franz Drameh).

Each member was personally chosen by cunning time traveler Rip Hunter (Arthur Darvill), who has come from London 2166 with a mission to protect the future from a dangerous immortal named Vandal Savage (Casper Crump). And in order to save the world, the team must travel throughout time. So, say hello to disco-era bellbottoms and butterfly collars.

"DC's Legends of Tomorrow" will premiere on Thursday, January 21st.
