Anthony Hopkins is a crooked billionaire who makes Josh Duhamel's life a living hell in the newly-released trailer for "Misconduct," an upcoming legal/fugitive thriller that also stars Al Pacino and Malin Akerman.

Duhamel plays an ambitious lawyer who, with the permission of his boss (Pacino), sets his sights on a shady CEO of a fraudulent pharmaceutical company (Hopkins). When Duhamel mixes business with pleasure -- thanks to a flirtatious whistleblower (Akerman), he finds himself getting framed for her murder.

Now on the run, Duhamel tries to clear his name by catching the real killer, who he believes is Hopkins. Though something tells us, he's just part of a bigger conspiracy.

Directed by TV producer Shintaro Shimosawa, the film co-stars Julia Stiles, Alice Eve and Korean actor Byung-hun Lee.

"Misconduct" is scheduled to hit theaters and VOD February 5th.
