The trailer for the highly-anticipated movie "Warcraft" will be unveiled this Friday as Legendary and Universal Pictures are planning to premiere it at BlizzCon. They have released this 15-second trailer tease (above), which should give "Warcraft" fans a quick fix to tide them over until Friday.

Blending CG animation/motion capture with live-action, the film is the big-screen adaptation of Blizzard Entertainment's mega-popular fantasy video game, which is set in a medieval universe where humans, orcs, elves, dwarves, gnomes, and trolls co-exist.

Directed by Duncan Jones (Moon, Source Code) from a script he co-wrote with Charles Leavitt (In the Heart of the Sea), "Warcraft" stars Travis Fimmel, Paula Patton, Ben Foster, Dominic Cooper, Toby Kebbell, Ben Schnetzer, Rob Kazinsky and Daniel Wu. It's scheduled to open in theaters on June 10, 2016.

synopsis:
From Legendary Pictures and Universal Pictures comes Warcraft, an epic adventure of world-colliding conflict based on Blizzard Entertainment's global phenomenon.

The peaceful realm of Azeroth stands on the brink of war as its civilization faces a fearsome race of invaders: Orc warriors fleeing their dying home to colonize another. As a portal opens to connect the two worlds, one army faces destruction and the other faces extinction. From opposing sides, two heroes are set on a collision course that will decide the fate of their family, their people and their home.

So begins a spectacular saga of power and sacrifice in which war has many faces, and everyone fights for something.
