BBC's Sherlock: Holiday Special — Trailer

Before they return for their three-episode fourth season of their international hit mystery series "Sherlock," Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman will star in a one-shot Holiday Special where they take the super-sleuth team up of Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson back into the Victorian-era to solve a proper murder mystery. Check out the new trailer for the Holiday Special which just popped up online today.

Although the address stays the same, the new preview shows off a 19th Century Sherlock Holmes (Cumberbatch ), who comes complete with a trademark deerstalker hat and pipe. While Sherlock's dear Watson (Freeman) is now sporting a traditional well-groomed mustache.

Look for more info to be revealed later this month, after the MCM London Comic Con panel where creators Steven Moffat and Mark Gatiss are scheduled to appear. "Sherlock: 2015 Holiday Special" is currently scheduled to air on January 1, 2016.
