A newly-released 60-second extended TV spot for Marvel's "Avengers: Age of Ultron" offers some new footage, including a scene where Tony Stark claims he's not the boss, though freely admits that he pays for everything, designs everything and makes "everyone look cooler." Now who can argue with that?

Starring Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Scarlett Johansson and Jeremy Renner, the superhero extravaganza sees the "Avengers" going up against a new adversary, called Ultron (voiced by James Spader), which was created by Stark as an obedient A. I. computer program, but has since become self-aware and determined to forge a new world -- one without superheroes.

Written and directed by Joss Whedon, "Avengers: Age of Ultron" also stars Elizabeth Olsen and Aaron Taylor-Johnson as mutant siblings Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver, who become Ultron's super-powered disciples. The film is slated to open everywhere on May 1st.

When Tony Stark tries to jumpstart a dormant peacekeeping program, things go awry and Earth's Mightiest Heroes, including Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, The Incredible Hulk, Black Widow and Hawkeye, are put to the ultimate test as the fate of the planet hangs in the balance. As the villainous Ultron emerges, it is up to The Avengers to stop him from enacting his terrible plans, and soon uneasy alliances and unexpected action pave the way for a global adventure.
