Samuel L. Jackson is an American President who's trying to survive the night in the very first international trailer for the Finnish-produced, President-in-Peril action flick "Big Game."

After being hit with a blindside attack on Air Force One, Jackson finds himself in imminent peril and lost in the middle of a forest on the outskirts of Finland. Now hunted down by heavily-armed terrorists, the only one coming to his defense is a bow and arrow-wielding 13-year-old Finnish boy (newcomer Onni Tommila) whose father has left him in the wilderness for a night as a way to prove his manhood.

Written and directed by Finnish filmmaker Jalmari Helander ("Rare Exports") and produced by Alex Garland ("28 Weeks Later") and Will Clarke ("This Is England"), "Big Game" co-stars Ray Stevenson, Mehmet Kurtulus, Victor Garber, Ted Levine, Felicity Huffman, and Jim Broadbent. The film will be released in Finland on March 25th, with a UK release planned for May. Luc Besson's EuropaCorp hasn't yet announced a stateside release for the film, which will be the studio's first US theatrical release under its new domestic banner.

Oskari, a timid 13-year-old, anxiously awaits his fate. Tradition dictates that like his forefathers before him, the boy's time has come to spend one day and one night alone in the wilderness. Armed with a bow and arrow, he must return with a prize to prove himself to be a man. Terrified and alone, he wanders through a vast and unforgiving forest when suddenly he hears a deafening rumbling sound. Racing to investigate, Oskari discovers an escape pod. Not just any escape pod - this pod belongs to Air Force One and the battered and bruised man lying before him is the President of the United States! In the skies above, terrorists are hurtling their way to the crash site hell-bent on kidnapping the President. Now the fate of the most powerful man in the world lies in the hands of a 13-year-old boy. Plunged into a deadly game of cat and mouse with only hours to spare, Oskari and the President must team up to survive the most extraordinary night of their lives.
