A new 60-second trailer for the supernatural sequel "The Woman in Black: Angel of Death" features a creepy children's nursery rhyme, warning that no matter how deserted a house appears there's always something just around the corner waiting to give you a fright: "She never forgets; she always comes back; there is no escaping the woman in black."

Following the 2012 precursor which starred Daniel Radcliffe, "Angel of Death" is set 40 years after the first haunting at Eel Marsh House. The film, now taking place during the WWII bombing of London, follows an evacuated group of British school children, overseen by a young, compassionate schoolteacher (Phoebe Fox) and a military serviceman (War Horse's Jeremy Irvine). Trouble arises when the group mistakenly enters into a countryside estate notoriously possessed by a dark spirit.

"The Woman in Black: Angel of Death," which is, this time, directed by British TV helmer Tom Harper (Peaky Blinders, Misfits), will be creeping into US theaters on January 2nd.

As bombs rain down on London during the Blitz of World War II, a group of school children are evacuated with Eve, their young and beautiful schoolteacher, to the safety of the English countryside. Taken to an old and empty estate, cut-off by a causeway from the mainland, they are left at Eel Marsh House. One by one the children begin acting strangely and Eve, with the help of local military commander Harry, discovers that the group has awoken a dark force even more terrifying and evil than the city’s air raids. Eve must now confront her own demons to save the children and escape the wrath of The Woman in Black.
