added: Wed, Nov 5th '14

The scene-stealing sleazy lawyer from "Breaking Bad" is getting his own series on AMC, and the network has just released a new featurette with an inside look at the set of "Better Call Saul," with interviews from its cast and crew. Comedian Bob Odenkirk returns as Jimmy McGill, (aka Saul Goodman) which is his true name for which he goes by. And it's six years before he ever met a school teacher named Walter White.

Show creator Vince Gilligan will direct the pilot, which will also star Jonathan Banks, Michael McKean, and Rhea Seehorn. "Better Call Saul" is currently scheduled to air on Sunday, February 15th, 2015 on the AMC network.

Better Call Saul is the prequel to the award-winning series Breaking Bad, set six years before Saul Goodman (Bob Odenkirk) became Walter White's lawyer. When we meet him, the man who will become Saul Goodman is known as Jimmy McGill, a small-time lawyer searching for his destiny, and, more immediately, hustling to make ends meet. Working alongside, and often against, Jimmy is "fixer" Mike Erhmantraut (Jonathan Banks), a beloved character introduced in Breaking Bad. The series will track Jimmy's transformation into Saul Goodman, the man who puts "criminal" in "criminal lawyer."
