Dreamworks Animation has just released an early film clip from their upcoming spin-off feature film "The Penguins of Madagascar," which they first debuted during their Comic-Con panel which included first-time convention attendees, Benedict Cumberbatch and John Malkovich.

In the clip, The Penguins have arrived at the secret headquarters of the animal organization called North Wind to show Lead Agent Classified (Cumberbatch) that they already completed their mission to retrieve a serum that is deadly to penguins. But interrupting the meeting, is the first look at the new villain named Dr. Octavious Brine (voiced by Malkovich) who shows them that there is much more serum where that came from.

"The Penguins of Madagascar" will open wide in theaters on November 26th.
