In the smash hit "The Fault in Our Stars," Nat Wolff earned high marks for playing the blind best friend of Shailene Woodley and Ansel Elgort. The attention Wolff received on that film seems to have helped launch a VOD and theatrical release for his forgotten 2012-completed, starring vehicle "Behaving Badly," (out on iTunes this week; in theaters on August 1st).

An indie teen comedy filled with recognizable names, including Selena Gomez, Elisabeth Shue, Jason Lee, Mary-Louise Parker, Heather Graham and Dylan McDermott, "Behaving Badly" sees Wolff as a teenage dreamer who is swept up into a series of wild events as he attempts to woo his high school crush (Gomez).

Based on a novel by Ric Browde, the film is the first feature from co-writer and director Tim Garrick. While Patrick Warburton, Cary Elwes, Ashley Rickards, Austin Stowell and Gary Busey are the hodgepodge of actors who fill out the supporting cast. Check out the trailer, above.

synopsis:
Rick Stevens is willing to do whatever it takes to win the heart of Nina Pennington. In his quest to land the girl of his dreams, he has to contend with her psycho ex, his best friends horny mother, a manic strip club manager, a perverted principal, a lecherous priest, his suicidal mother, and a patron saint with a camel toe. No one ever said love was easy.
