The Grand Budapest Hotel — Red Band Trailer

Despite only opening in four screens in NY and LA last week, Wes Anderson's hyper-stylized caper comedy "The Grand Budapest Hotel," starring Ralph Fiennes as a well-admired hotel concierge, was able to shatter the box-office record for the highest-grossing "limited live action" debut with the approximate weekend tally of $800,000 ($200,000 per-screen average). That's some pretty impressive stuff, though it still has a ways to go before eclipsing the final gross of Anderson's previous film, "Moonrise Kingdom," which earned $45 million, domestically.

In any case, Fox Searchlight certainly wants to keep the momentum going as they're planning to push "The Grand Budapest Hotel" into more cities this Friday. And a great way to maintain those excitement levels on high is by releasing this brand-new red band trailer, which offers a much better look at Fiennes' horndog character whose penchant for elderly women with wealthy estates (including a particular priceless painting) lands him in some deep, deep trouble.

THE GRAND BUDAPEST HOTEL recounts the adventures of Gustave H, a legendary concierge at a famous European hotel between the wars, and Zero Moustafa, the lobby boy who becomes his most trusted friend. The story involves the theft and recovery of a priceless Renaissance painting and the battle for an enormous family fortune -- all against the back-drop of a suddenly and dramatically changing Continent.
