HBO's Game of Thrones: Season 4 — Trailer

added: Sun, Jan 12th '14

Featuring conspiring monarchs, fire-breathing dragons, and spooky snow-covered creatures, "Game of Thrones" is a rare television show that seems to only get better and better as the story progresses. And you can now mark your calendar as HBO has announced that it will premiere Season Four of the uber-popular fantasy series on Sunday, April 6th.

The cable network was also kind enough to release the first peek at GOT's upcoming episodes, which proves that this world that author George R. R. Martin has created is entirely the wrong place for anyone looking for "justice" -- or peace, for that matter.

Summers span decades. Winters can last a lifetime. And the struggle for the Iron Throne has begun. It will stretch from the south, where heat breeds plots, lust and intrigues; to the vast and savage eastern lands; all the way to the frozen north, where an 800-foot wall of ice protects the kingdom from the dark forces that lie beyond. Kings and queens, knights and renegades, liars, lords and honest men ... all will play the "Game of Thrones."

starring   Peter Dinklage, Emilia Clarke, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, Lena Headey, Jack Gleeson, Kit Harington, Richard Madden, Maisie Williams, Charles Dance, and much more
