Just when you thought the conspiracy theories of JFK assassination couldn't get any weirder, here comes a whopper of an accusation: Did that metal-manipulating mutant, Magneto, had something to do with the alleged "bent bullet" -- and if so, what was his connection with shooter Lee Harvey Oswald?

So many questions are left unanswered, but this new viral video for next year's epic comic-book sequel "X-Men: Days of Future Past" (out on May 23rd) provides some nifty insight on how director Bryan Singer is blending fictional mutant history with actual historical events of the past.

So, it would seem that Michael Fassbender's Magneto was actually there in Dallas on that fateful day, 50 years ago, standing on the infamous grassy knoll. Where he, evidently, was arrested and then incarcerated for years but eventually freed due to circumstantial evidence.

Oh! So much to take in -- it's enough to give Charles Xavier a migraine. But if you want to take a dip into this mutant puddle of conspiracy, you can by surfing to www.thebentbullet.com, where you'll find better details about Magneto's so-called involvement.

The ultimate X-Men ensemble fights a war for the survival of the species across two time periods in X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST. The beloved characters from the original "X-Men" film trilogy join forces with their younger selves from "X-Men: First Class," in an epic battle that must change the past -- to save our future.
