Thor: The Dark World — Film Clip (When Do We Start?)

added: Fri, Oct 4th '13

In "The Avengers," we saw Loki (Tom Hiddleston) trapped in a prison that was specifically designed to encase The Hulk -- which he made light of since it was all part of his evil plan. In this first film clip from "Thor: The Dark World," we once again see Loki sitting in a jail cell, but this time he's wasting away -- that is until his step-brother, Thor (Chris Hemsworth), comes offering him a temporary release in exchange for his help to escape Asgard and seek vengeance on their newest common enemy, Malekith (played by Christopher Eccleston).

But c'mon, can these two really agree to put aside their differences and work together? Well, it appears we'll have to wait and see when the movie hits theaters on November 8th. Until then, take a look at the clip, above.

Marvels "Thor: The Dark World" continues the big-screen adventures of Thor, the Mighty Avenger, as he battles to save Earth and all the Nine Realms from a shadowy enemy that predates the universe itself. In the aftermath of Marvels "Thor" and "Marvels The Avengers," Thor fights to restore order across the cosmos...but an ancient race led by the vengeful Malekith returns to plunge the universe back into darkness. Faced with an enemy that even Odin and Asgard cannot withstand, Thor must embark on his most perilous and personal journey yet, one that will reunite him with Jane Foster and force him to sacrifice everything to save us all.
