Jai Courtney, the Aussie actor who plays John McClane's estranged son, Jack in the latest Die Hard movie, explains in this new one-minute featurette for "A Good Day to Die Hard" that "being a family is not always about agreeing with each other ... It's about blood!" Which we assume, he means John and Jack are going to have some contentious father-and-son bonding time, and it's going to involve a whole lot of dead bodies. Guess a family that kills together, stays together, right?
The movie, which sees McClane (Bruce Willis) teaming up with his son (an undercover CIA agent) to stop a nuclear terrorist attack from taking place in Moscow, opens in theaters February 14th.
synopsis:
Bruce Willis is back as iconoclastic, take-no-prisoners cop John McClane, who for the first time finds himself on foreign soil after traveling to Moscow to help his wayward son Jack (Jai Courtney) – unaware that Jack is really a highly-trained CIA operative out to stop a nuclear weapons heist. With the Russian underworld in pursuit, and battling a countdown to war, the two McClanes discover their opposing methods make them unstoppable heroes.
