Check out the brand-new official trailer for "Furiosa," George Miller's latest addition to the "Mad Max" franchise, announcing that tickets are now available.

Starring Anya Taylor-Joy and Chris Hemsworth, the film serves as a prequel to 2015's "Mad Max: Fury Road," delving into the harrowing journey of a young Furiosa, from her origins in the Green Place of Many Mothers to her rise as the one-armed war captain under Immortan Joe.

Anya Taylor-Joy portrays the young Furiosa, while Chris Hemsworth undergoes a dramatic transformation to play the villainous role of Dementus, a menacing and unhinged warlord with a rugged appearance and a distinctive Aussie accent.

The story follows a young Furiosa (Taylor-Joy) who is captured by the Biker Horde led by Dementus. Caught in the midst of a bitter rivalry between Dementus (Hemsworth) and Immortan Joe (now portrayed by Lachy Hulme), Furiosa seizes the opportunity to pursue her relentless quest for revenge.

Directed by George Miller and co-written with Nico Lathouris, "Furiosa" is the fifth installment in the beloved post-apocalyptic action franchise. The ensemble cast also features Tom Burke, Alyla Browne, Nathan Jones, Angus Sampson, and Daniel Webber.

As the world fell, young Furiosa is snatched from the Green Place of Many Mothers and falls into the hands of a great Biker Horde led by the Warlord Dementus. Sweeping through the Wasteland, they come across the Citadel presided over by The Immortan Joe. While the two Tyrants war for dominance, Furiosa must survive many trials as she puts together the means to find her way home.
