You might have seen Meg Stalter from her role as the hilariously incompetent office assistant Kayla in the HBO Max comedy series "Hacks." Now, she's stepping into the spotlight in the new indie comedy "Cora Bora," where Stalter portrays a fledgling singer on a mission to win back her girlfriend after returning home.

Check out the official trailer for this film, which garnered attention after its premiere at last year's SXSW Film Festival. Stalter could very well be the next big name in comedy.

Directed by Hannah Pearl Utt ("Before You Know It") and written by Rhianon Jones ("Wonder Valley"), "Cora Bora" also features Thomas Mann, Jojo T. Gibbs, Ayden Mayeri, Manny Jacinto, Chrissie Fit, Andre Hyland, alongside Chelsea Peretti, Margaret Cho, and Darrell Hammond.

synopsis:
