Get ready for more laughs as "Acapulco," Apple's original comedy series headlined by Mexican comedy sensation Eugenio Derbez, gears up for its third season with the release of its official trailer.

The Spanish-and-English-language series is inspired by Derbez's hit 2017 gigolo comedy "How to Be a Latin Lover." In the show, Derbez reprises his role of Maximo Gallardo Ramos, a wealthy mogul living the high life in Malibu, who fondly reminisces about his formative years as a young pool boy (portrayed by Enrique Arrizon) at a lavish oceanfront hotel in Acapulco.

The Apple comedy series is created by executive producers Austin Winsberg (creator of Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist), Eduardo Cisneros, and Jason Shuman.

synopsis:
ACAPULCO tells the story of twenty-something Maximo Gallardo (Enrique Arrizon), whose dream comes true when he gets the job of a lifetime as a cabana boy at the hottest resort in Acapulco. He soon realizes the job is far more complicated than he ever imagined and in order to succeed, he must learn to navigate a demanding clientele, a mercurial mentor, and a complicated home life, without losing his way to shortcuts or temptations. The series, which is told in both Spanish and English, takes place in 1984, with Derbez narrating and playing the present-day version of the main character, Maximo Gallardo.
