This summer, horror maestro Ti West will conclude his "X" trilogy, which began with the cult horror films "X" and "Pearl." Both films prominently feature Mia Goth as a seemingly innocent woman with psychopathic tendencies.

In this homage to 1980s slasher films, Mia Goth reprises her role from "X" as Maxine Minx, a former 1970s porn star with a dark and tragic past. Watch Goth as she effortlessly combines innocence with danger in the first official trailer for Ti West's latest, "MaXXXine."

Set against the backdrop of Hollywood's entertainment industry, "MaXXXine" follows Maxine's journey as she seeks to reinvent herself in the neon-lit streets of Los Angeles. However, her aspirations of becoming the next big scream queen soon take a sinister turn as she becomes embroiled in a series of grisly murders involving the infamous '80s serial killer, The Nightstalker.

Joining Mia Goth is "The Crown" actress Elizabeth Debicki as a British film director who hires Maxine for her next '80s slasher film. Meanwhile, Bobby Cannavale and Michelle Monaghan play a pair of LA homicide detectives, while Kevin Bacon appears as a sleazy gumshoe private eye. Rounding out the cast are Giancarlo Esposito, Lily Collins, Deborah Geffner, Moses Sumney, with pop sensation Halsey making her acting debut in this star-studded horror thriller.

Written and directed by Ti West, "MaXXXine" promises to deliver suspense, terror, and a nostalgic nod to classic slasher films. Prepare for a thrilling ride as the film hits theaters on July 5th, courtesy of A24 Films.
