Check out the official trailer for "Them: The Scare," the second season of Amazon's horror anthology series from series creator and showrunner Little Marvin.

With eight episodes in total, the new season, subtitled "The Scare," returns to Los Angeles as its setting. But unlike the first season set in Compton circa 1952, this new installment delves into the landscape of Los Angeles police corruption in 1991. It unfolds amidst escalating tensions between African American communities and law enforcement officers patrolling the city's streets.

Returning to the series is Deborah Ayorinde (Riches, Truth Be Told). This time, she takes on the role of LAPD Homicide Detective Dawn Reeve, whose mission is to investigate the gruesome murder of a foster home mother.

Joining the cast are '70s screen icon Pam Grier ("Foxy Brown" and "Jackie Brown") and Grammy-nominated musician and actor Luke James (from "The Chi" and "Insecure"). The ensemble is completed by Joshua J. Williams, Jeremy Bobb, Wayne Knight, Carlito Olivero, Charles Brice, and Iman Shumpert.

"Them: The Scare," a co-production of Sony Pictures Television and Amazon MGM Studios, will debut exclusively on Prime Video on Thursday, April 25th. Viewers can enjoy all eight episodes upon release.
